Good to know before you come
What time can I arrive and leave?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out until 12:30 pm. If you arrive early, leave your bags at the reception and go for a swim. We never sell late check-out, but if your room is free after you, we give it to you: ask the day before.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, in every stay, from 7 to 10 am at the restaurant. Ask the day before to have it on your terrace, or to take a box if you leave at sunrise.
Do you welcome children?
Yes. The pool villas, Villa Coconut and the family bungalow sleep four. An extra bed costs $20 a night. The pool has shallow and deep parts, and children must be watched by their parents.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please tell us when you book, so we can give you the right room.
How do I pay?
You pay the full amount when you book on our website, by card or ABA, on a secure payment page. Cancel 30 days or more before arrival and we refund you, minus the bank fee (about 3%).
Can I change my dates?
Less than 30 days before arrival, the stay is not refunded, but we look at date changes case by case, depending on what is free. Write to us by email or WhatsApp.
How do I get from the airport?
Siem Reap-Angkor International Airport is about one hour away. We send a car for $30 for one to three people, $40 for four to six: write us your flight number on WhatsApp.
Where do I buy the Angkor Pass?
At the official ticket centre of Angkor Enterprise, or online on their website. 1 day $37, 3 days $62, 7 days $72. Children under 12 enter free with their passport. Our drivers know the way to the ticket centre.
Do I need a visa?
Most visitors need a tourist visa. Many nationalities can get it online before travelling (e-visa) or on arrival at the airport. Check the official rules for your passport before you leave.
When is the pool open?
Every day, 7 am to 10 pm. It is a salt-water pool, 70 metres long, with shallow and deep parts. Swimwear only in the water.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi for all guests.
Is this the former Authentic Khmer Village Resort?
Yes, it is the same place, at the same address. Only the name has changed, in 2026.
